General comments
Stop zo mogelijk verantwoordelijk antibioticum, en isoleer patiënt.
Dosering vancomycine capsules po 4 x 250 mg; 4 x 125 mg suspensie heeft de voorkeur maar is in Nederland niet beschikbaar, eventueel in overleg met apotheek lokale bereiding.
