General comments
Bij goede intake fluconazol po oplaaddosis 800 mg, daarna 400 mg 1dd
Bij asymptomatische candidurie: overweeg verwijderen of verwisselen van eventuele blaascatheters. Er is geen plaats voor antifungale behandeling van asymptomatische candidurie, behalve bij patienten met een ernstige neutropenie, een niertransplantatie, bij low birth weight neonaten en voorafgaand aan renale chirurgie.
Behandeling in overleg met arts-microbioloog.
