Indien kolonisatie met ESBL in het afgelopen jaar: start meropenem 3 dd 1 gram iv
Bij hemo-dynamische instabiliteit niet reagerend op vulling gentamicine 5 mg/kg 1 dd toevoegen. Langdurige behandeling met gentamicine wordt afgeraden.
