General comments
Voeg gentamicine 5 mg/kg 1 dd iv toe bij hemodynamische instabiliteit niet reagerend op vulling
Duur afhankelijk van kliniek, doorgaans is 4 dagen na adequate source control voldoende.
Bij goede kliniek vanaf dag 2 behandelen met amoxicilline/clavulaanzuur 500/125 mg 3dd po.
