Gentamicine iv 5 mg/kg eenmalig bij hemodynamische instabiliteit
Intraveneuze behandeling op geleide kliniek en CRP. Na 1 week evaluatie of behandeling omgezet kan worden naar een po middel met goede bot penetratie.
