Beleid bij penicilline allergie, tenzij een ernstige huidreactie zoals TEN, DRESS of SJS: cefazoline iv 2000 mg 3dd
Voor start antibiotica altijd bloedkweken afnemen. Indien mogelijk tevens kweken uit de infectie bron afnemen
Bij goede respons switch naar clindamycine po 600 mg 3 dd na 2 weken
